Suggest Treatment For Abrasion And Swelling In Thumb After An Injury

Hi I fell and scraped my palm right under the thumb and its been swollen since last night and hurts I scraped the skin off so washed with peroxide and put neopsorin with a bandaid and changed it today and did the same ..I also took motrin...is there anything else i should do?
