Suggest Treatment For Abrasion Below Foreskin And Bumps On Penis

Hi, I have a strange rash/skin irritation. My girlfriend and I had sex last friday. It got kind of rough and I ended up with an abrasion/friction burn on the right side of my shaft just below foreskin. I tried using neosporin, vaseline, and diaper cream ( because I thought it may be good for rash) and now I have several small flat bumps on that side of my shaft. The original abrasion looks like it healed but it is flat and smooth. The other bumps look the same but way smaller. There was no burning sensation but there was discomfort. I ve been reading that this could be fungal so I tried tinactin foot spray. It took away the discomfort but bumps still there. What could this be?
