Suggest Treatment For Abscess In Axilla

i have an abscess in my axilla.. i have been on flucloxocillin for a week now and it is getting bigger.. i have had surgery in the same axilla for the same condition 18 years ago.. any advice as it is making my arm ache if i move as it feels like shooting pains in my arm
