Suggest Treatment For Abscess In Genitals With Redness And Swelling

I have what looks like some sort of an abscess in my genital area. It is on the upper (my) left between the leg and labia. It is red, painful, and swollen. It is firm except that when I touch it in the middle it is "squishy". The middle that is squishy is red as well, it is not yellow or white like a pimple would be. I plan on calling and making an appointment tomorrow but am wondering if you have any thoughts
