i had an abscess in my right arm and was put on iv antibiotic, I and D and the would is healing so well.. but now five days ago i developed another abscess in the armpit on the left arm.. please tell the best oral treatment for this. i m in a foreign country and its very expensive to see a doctor

Give hot fomentation to the left side arm pit lump.
Take oral antibiotics and analgesic
Keep the area clean and dry. Avoid deodorant use and do not shave the area.
