Suggest Treatment For Abscesses On Eyelids

for the last year now i have been getting infections. mostly skin absceses but i got one bad eyelid one as well. i have never had them drained just been put on antibiotics and they clear up for the most part. however they never full have gone away all the absceses have left permanent bumps wherever they occurred and my eyelid still looks as though i have a sty. what could be the reason i keep getting them and why are they not fully healing like they should?

For complete cure, you would need a through medical check up. Followed by oral suitable antibiotic & other assisting medications (.Exclude diabetes&low resistance). Please consult a physician.
