Suggest Treatment For Absent Periods

i am 25 and haven't had a period for about 3years they stopped after i had my daughter who is now 3 1/2 i had her by emergancy c-section. i have been to my gp had a few tests but they cant say why they have stopped. i am wanting another baby but not sure if i can even get pregnant with no periods.
