Suggest Treatment For Acanthosis

I am suffering from skin problem and biopsy results says that it is aconthasis. I am taking tablet named DAPSONE 100 (one tablet in a day) and Omnacartil 20mg (one tablet in a day) for last one and half months but not yet get complete cured. please suggest me. I am 43 years Female.

Hi
If i would be your treating doctor i would advice you to go for investigations to rule out the cause.following investigations are required.
-Thyroid profile
-Random blood sugar
-ultrasound pelvis to rule out pcos.
-thease investigations are not done without doctor's refferance so consult to local doctor.for further advice feel free to contact me.
