Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of accumulation of fluid in ears which is due to sinus infection, ear infection, fungal infection and it could be due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Need not to worry. You should not use qtip as there are chances you have ruptured eardrum. I would suggest you to take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Amoxicillin in combination with antiallergic medication Levocetirizine. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get otoscopic examination done and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid touching a pricking it with any sharp object. Drink plenty of fluids.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
