sir, i am suffering from ache in toes of my legs since for 10 years . no neurological deffect is foud. i am taking nutricius food. but i am feeling week and my muscle is coming down. not able to standon tips or to jump or to walk for atleast for a km. i have sufficient d vitamin and calcium also . my tendants are found very week. kindly advise me how to take help of YYYY@YYYY
