Suggest Treatment For Aching Joints And Burning Sensation In Stomach

I have aching joints more so at night , wake up exhausted. I also have a burning sensation in my upper stomach area, doctor treating me for acid reflux, not working... and I also get flushed and weak and when I do get heated I feel pressure around my eyes with dizziness.
