General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due Chronic gastritis.

For that you can take tablet pantoprazole, syp mucaine gel after consultation.

For back pain take tablet acetaminophen. Apply diclofenac gel with heating pads.

In case of not getting relief you may require MRI back and endoscopy after consultation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
