Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Abdominal Bloating And Diarrhea

i returned from Mexico 12 days ago and had a some stomach cramps and loose stools but nothing too serious, although I continued to have a lot of bloating and burping. About 4 days ago I got really nauseous and slowly developed more symptoms nausea, fatigue, stomach cramps, minor vomiting and one diarrhea stool. I still feel lousy although I am taking an anti-nausea pill that is helping. What can I do to get better? Stool samples are pending, but they take days and I feel awful.

The symptoms you present could be caused by a digestive infection by bacteria or parasites.The results of the stool exam will tell and a more objective treatment will be given.while waiting for the result of the stool exam, anti-nausea pill, an anti-secretory like omeprazole may help.If diarrhea continues, oral rehydration salt and zinc tablets may help you feel better with some bananas if possible.If the crampy pains persist, an anti-spamotic like spafon may help.
