Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Abdominal Bloating, Constipation And Flatulence

Good afternoon For the past few months I ve suffering form acid reflux, burning, consitpation gas. My stomach is getting big feels like a 4 months pregnant. My PCP suggested a Cast scan and the results came back normal, I m gained weight and need to use lose clothes because its very uncomfortable. I feel very tired all the time. I was prescribe Zantac, Omeprazole, Probotic, home remedies, Bentyl and Pepcid AC all the medss help for few days but then I go back to the symptoms. Please advise. Thanks
