Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux While On Hypertension Medication

I have been on a strict keto adapted diet. 70% fats/25% protein/5% carbs it has been going well. I drink approx. 80 oz of water per day and am on 2 hypertension meds along with acid reflux medication. Today I have symptoms of low blood sugar, shaky, light headed, nauseous and weak. I checked my sugar level 114, my BP is 145/85. According to my diet diary, it looks as though I am not getting enough Potassium and Magnesium so I purchase some protein shakes and had one of them (they have a high amount of these minerals) Do you have any suggestions?
