Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

Yes sir
Developed severe acid reflux 1 week prior to emergency appendectomy.
Now 4 days post-op and still tasting acid. Does it take awhile for swelling to subside and should I give it a little more time? Was also on Flexeril which I understand can reduce lower esoph sphincter tone.
Thank-you

Acid reflux disease is likely and this can be best managed with the following medicines you must be taking some drugs for surgery and that must be the cause of gastritis,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day for three weeks
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks
hope this information helps, take care.
