Suggest Treatment For Acne Keloidas Nuchea

i have been diagnosed with acne keloidas nuchea,13 years ago, iam white male 49 years old I have been using several different topical treatments during this time.no has ever recomended a anti bacterial soap,or certain shampoo,or oil free moisterizer,can you help with this?;

Hello. Thank you writing to us at healthcaremagic

Acne keloidalis nuchae, as the name suggest is acne on the back of neck along with keloidal scaring.
Treatment is with Oral and topical antibacterial. Oral retinoids bring about the most remarkable improvement in this condition.
You may use a ketoconazole based OTC shampoo once daily. It would certainly help because it will help get rid of secretions and crusts formed from dried secretions.
Moisturizers are not required.
Oral antibiotics which are used in this condition are the same which are commonly prescribed in acne i.e Doxycycline , Azithromycin Or Minocycline.
Topical antiacne gel like benzoyl peroxide are also useful in this condition and can be used twice daily.
Oral retinoids are the most effective treatment for acne keloidalis acne.
These are prescription drugs and I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region for the needful.
