Suggest Treatment For Acne On Back

i have bad acne on my back i have tried all creams pan oxy 8 been to doctor and gave me wash but nothing seems to work my friend mentioned maybe iron deficiency i am in mt thirites had bloods done recently all ok but still dont know what to do i was on the pill and it alleviated it but got implanon and it has flared up again very bad now dont know what to try next

thanks for asking,
you are having trunka acne. use cap Isotretinoin (micronized one - dose 0.04mg/kg body weight) once daily at night. apply benzoyl peroxide gel 10% twice daily in little amount. drink plenty of water and avoid sun exposure during treatment. continue treatment for 2-3 mth for cure.
there is no relation in acne vulgaris and blood donation, so keep donating.
