I have mild acne I guess but I think my hormones r crazy because the more I stress or before my period I break out a lot and iam washing my face twice a day and iam breaking out more why? I cant see a dermatologist for another 6 months I need some answer iam so frusted right now I can send u a pic of my face with the acne I have??

Yes Acne happens due to hormonal imbalance . The best way to control them are frequent washing of face ( 3-4 times ) , drinking plenty of water , eating more fruits , reducing intake of oily food, junk food and non veg food . If acne is very severe you can use Clindamycin ointment gel . But it would be better if you can upload the picture.
