i am a 23 years old girl,,and i am suffering from issue of acne and pimples from last 5-6 years,,now they have increased a lot,,and have also left a lot of marks on my face. I have taken treatment before as well,,but they got clear at that time,,but later again started emerging.
Thank you for posting your question Acne treatment is usually given according to the grade of acne you have which can range from Grade I (mild) to Grade 4 (very severe). Also the treatment varies from topical cream applications, chemical peeling and in severe acne oral medications.
As you haven't mentioned the area involved over the face and types of lesions (e.g black heads or red spots or pustules) I will suggest the following treatment of the time being: 1) Adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gel, to be applied over the pimples in a pea size amount at night. Stop if there is any redness and irritation 2) Do use a good moisturizer if there is any dryness 4) For pigmentation or dark spots you can use a depigmenting cream containing kojic acid over the spots at night
Do follow with good clear photographs of the lesions for a better solution
