Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Chin

I have been getting acne on my chin for the last month, I talked to my dr he said these are the sign of pre meanupause, since my estrogen was high, last time I checked my hormones, he suggested I go on bioidentical progestrone, my question is would bioidentical work for my acne? And I m also on low dose of sperilacton for my ance but it seem like it doesn t work the way it works, I m really confused can you tell me what I need to do? Should I stay on spirolacton and progestrone bio identical. I started the hormone last night. When do I see the result? ( I meant spironolactone 25 mg twice daily)

Hi. spirolactone should work. I suggest you add pyridoxine (blong 100 mg) orally once daily and benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel locally twice daily. Using a salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide based cleanser is useful. I think it should take care of your problem. thanks
