Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face

Sir....I was used pandarm+ cream for one month... it was more effective... my colour improved much...then I stopped it. Ofter my face turned black... thin.... pimples are highly increasing.... I taking precautions....but can t stop pimples..... now face looking ugly..... black acnes..... pls pls pls suggested me....

Hi Dear ,

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query . Acne will occur when pores of oil gland get clogged and sebum accumulated in pores get infected by microorganism on the skin . There are many factors which can trigger occurrence of acne like stress , hormons, sunexposure and oily skin.

Well pandarm is very heavey cream containing terbinafine ,clobestasol and ofloxacine . So it should not be use for long period of times . There are other creams available which are very effective in case of acne like cream containing kojic acid (safe for long term use) , benzoyl peroxide and tretinoin.

I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day and consult your dermatologist if condition doesn't get better for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics or oral retinods.
