Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face

I am 29 years old a female suffering from adult acne since 2 months..It appears with 1 or 2 in number every after 1or 2 week..Then it leaves a rough black spot over my face..Can I use Betameson N cream (containing Bethameson 1mg+ Neomycin 5mg) to get rid of this stupid breakouts..?I am also suffering from skin discoloration my skin is very oily..Please advise me..

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you may need topical Doxycycline lotions as well as oral Doxycycline for at least two weeks if no contraindication is suspected. Precautions to conceive during that usage must be observed. For oily skin, skin drying soaps can be helpful. A dermatologist review if that regard may be needed.
