Suggest Treatment For Acne Scar

I am 34, male.I had acne problem in the past. Last month i had a blister sort of thing on my nose. Since it pained, i applied soframycin cream. The pain disappeared, but the blister stayed in my nose. After consulting with a dermatologist, i applied Deriva ms gel but to of no use. Please suggest how to get rid of this mark.

Hi,

The blister like lesios on the nose would be most likely herpes simplex. There may be localised cluster of small clear fluid containing vesicles. There may be burning pain. The lesions might heal leaving scars. The diseae may recur. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

After thorough examination, he might give antiviral like acyclovir in proper doses along with antibiotics and analgesic. And acyclovir cream may be applied till the healing. If there is a scar, you may apply silicon containing gel.

Immunity may be improved by immunobooster like levamisole. I hope you got my answer.
