Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

Acne with pus culture showing E.coli could be an entity called as gram negative folliculitis. It is similar to acne but not the usual type of acne.

You will benefit from using antibiotic like oral amoxycillin and topical nadifloxacin.

Please discuss the same with your dermatologist.

Regular acne treatment will not help this condition.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
