Hi there since a few week I am surfing on the net to have an answer and treatment for acne that I am having at the upper thighs, its very very painful, please help me out. I need a treatment. I ve been to the derma, Ive been given candiderm cream, exfoliac lotion,etc nothing works. HELP!!!

I suggest a possibility boils/ furuncle, which is bacterial infection of the skin and soft tissue, the infection gaining entry through the hair follicle. If I was the treating doctor I would have started you on Oral antibiotic treatment e.g either cloxacillin or cephalexin for a week. Oral antibiotics are prescription products therefore I suggest that you to talk to your doctor for the needful. Topically you may use either mupirocin or neosporin/ polysporin ointment, twice daily. An OTC oral antiinflammatory e.g Ibuprofen twice or thrice daily will provide you symptomatic relief from pain.
