Suggest Treatment For Acne

i am 19 year old boy and about 5ft 6inches. i have acne problem through last five year and my face is covered by its blemishes. I have used various treatments in alopathy through dermatolists they suggested me clinmaskin zebid tyape of drugs i used that type of products but nothing worked what can i do?

I have gone through your query.Acne has effective treatment in allopathy.But you need 6 to 8 weeks in most of them to get effects.Usually i prescribe retinoid benzoyl peroxide containing preparations for local application. For some i combine oral antibiotics like doxycycline or azithromycine with that as monthly pulse therapy.You shouldnt irritate or rub skin by overwashing or squeezing acne.You can do gentle face wash with some acne soap twice daily.Hope this may help you.
