Suggest Treatment For Acute Bronchitis And Sinus Infection

Hi my name is Michelle and I went to the dr on Monday and was diagnosed with Acute bronchitis, acute sinus infection and they gave me a rocephron and steroid shot and put me on Levaquin, breathing treatments, and a cough syrup. I am still no better and now my chest hurts worse, I still can t cough anything up and my breathing has become more labored!!!! I also wheeze really bad!!!!

Hi, thanks for your query.
As per your history, you seem to have severe obstructive lung infection , with wheeze.
Since oral medicines are not effective, you may need admission and intravenous antibiotics, nebulization, blood work, chest xray.
