Suggest Treatment For Acute Bronchitis

Last Thursday I went to the doctors after having a bad cough. I was told that I have acute bronchitis and I was given a nasal spray. however it does not seem to be working, I seem to be getting worse. I am now having chest and back pains and I am loosing breath quickly! I am supposed to be seeing my doctor again tomorrow but I am worried that it could be more serious and that it might need to be seen to quicker. Can you help me?

Yes I can certainly help you.
Start steam inhalations three times daily for 10 mins each time.
Start an inhaler like seretide/advair two puffs two times daily and you should feel relieved.
I think you also should get a Xray chest to rule out any tuberculosis and CBC count to look for any infection.
You can also take a terbutaline syrup sos to feel relieved
