Suggest Treatment For Acute Lower Back Pain And Walking Difficulty

I have acute lower back pain. Injured in a fit class. I had L45-s1 years ago. I ve iced and heat. Taken Advil and aleve. Vicodin to cook stuffing for 40. Otherwise no relief. Not shooting down leg. Local to lower back. I cannot stand upright nor walk without serious stabbing pain.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is degenerative disease of spine cord then such pain is very likely, most of the time such medical condition needs surgery, till then potent analgesic cab be used, hope this information helps.
