Suggest Treatment For Acute Myeloid Leukemia With FLT3-ITD With NPM1gene
Priyanka Jain 35yrs F recently diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia with FLT3-ITD with NPM1gene and receiving chemotherapy. Patients is stable by now it s 6day of chemotherapy and patient is stable Hb 9.5, TLC 1300, platelets 78000.2sdp already tranfused and few units of blood. At the time of admission 16oct Hb 6, TLC 32000, platelets 25000.

The usual treatment will be induction therapy followed by maintenance chemotherapy. An allogenic transplant may be required.
