Suggest Treatment For Acute Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen

I m suffering from acute pain in the lower right abdomen from the past one year. I had appendititis removed in the year 2012.It generally occurs during the middle of menstrual cycle. The pain increases during the start the start of a menstrual period last week . I have viited many doctors but the antibiotics subside the pain temporarily and it comes back. The usgs tests jusy show p.o.d collections.I was suffering from so much cramping pain I visited a gynecologist who suggested USG and urine test. USG report showed moderate d collections I am very much concerned about it.can you kindly explain me what is this collection that I m experiencing.

Hello,

Conditions like pelvic collection have to be considered. You can go for a CT scan because USG does not give complete clinical picture. If there is a collection, it has to be managed u drainage or antibiotics.
