Suggest Treatment For Acute Sinusitis, Sore Throat And Painful Cough

I have an acute sinus infection with fluid in my ears, very sore throat..what is the best medication to take for this an antibiotic like amoxicillin-clavulanate 875-125 tablet or a Z-pack? Also, a very a painful cough with very bad pain in my bronchial tubes when i cough.

As you mentioned you have problem of sinusitis problems with cough that may be because of respiratory infection or other reasons.
Take proper antibiotics under doctor's suggestion for infection.....
Anti-inflammatory can help..
Steam inhalation also helpful.
Avoid fry food and cold water....
Warm water gargle..
Consult a pulmonologist for further diagnosis.
Auscaltation of respiratory sound helpful in diagnosis...
Detail history and investigation give exact idea about problems..
