Suggest Treatment For Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma And Blurred Vision

Hi my name is Sandy back in 2011 I was diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma, I was left with a lot of Side effects due to the radiation, and I always hurt I had it in the base of my tongue, at that time they told me there was a spot on my lung but did not seem too worried about it as they said it could be just scaring from the radiation, they also told me that this type of cancer is reoccurring, in the last few months I have been having a lot of problems ,terrible night sweats, sore shoulder and neck, blurred vision, coughing up blood, tingly and numb fingers, I was hoping you could have an answer for me I will be waiting to hear back from you thank you so much
