Suggest Treatment For Adenoma On Lower Lobe Found On USG

I just had a baby 4 months ago, at first I was being treated for postpartum depression put on Zoloft and it have me every symptom of depression! Finally they checked my thyroid tsh level and it was 0.19, after 4 weeks they rechecked and my tsh was 0.18 but my T4 and T4 was in normal range, I am having bad anxiety and resting heart rate is around 120, had ultrasound done this week and I jane a 5x6x6 Adenoma on my right lower lobe, question is should I wait a year and have rechecked or should I have biopsy or just have that part removed?? I m a mother of three and I have no energy very nervous and several other symptoms that are very unpleasant. I just want o be normal again. What should I do

Hi thanks for your question.
Your t3,t4 levels are within normal limits,but your TSH is on lower side and you have symptom of hyperthyroidism I,e increased heart rate,nervousness and lack of energy.All these symptoms points out that your adenoma is active and if not removed can produce sever hyperthyroidism.I would suggest you to consult a surgeon who may be able to remove your adenoma,with out touching your thyroid gland.Hope this answers your question
