Suggest Treatment For Adenomyosis Of The Uterus

i am 32 years old and have been suffering from vaginal discharge since 4 years.But for last 3 months i am having severe pain in my stomach as well at lower back.As per my recent tests i am having severe infection in my uterus as well as in urine.doctors say that i am suffering from adenomyosis.Inspite of lot of antibiotic infection has not decreased nor the pain has declined .what should i do now ? i am planning to go to chennai for check up,who is the best doctor in this regard?
