Suggest Treatment For 'adenomyosis Uterus' On TVS

Hello doctor , I recently had a Transvaginal sonography and it says my I am having an anteverted bulky uterus measuring 6.55 x 4.1 x 3.30 cm and endometrium 16.6 mm. And finally results says Adenomyosis Uterus . what I have to do now?
Is this a cause for infertility?
