Suggest Treatment For Adenomyosis

I was just found out I have Adenomyosis. I am 46 and I do not want a hysterectomy. I have a 23 year old that was delivered by a C-section. The ultrasound said my uterus was the size of a 16-18 week pregnancy. Is there any options to shrink it. I am having a Merina inserted a the end of the month to help with the symptoms, but I know this is vain, but I don t want to go the rest of my life with a huge stomach.
