Diagnosis: Loco regionally advanced squamous cell carcinoma of lower alveolus

Treatment undergone

1. Composite resection (including mandibulectomy, plate insertion ) with PMMC flap reconstruction in september 2008

2. Concurrent adjuvant Chemo radiation from 13/10/2008 to 21/11/08, 36 radiation, sixplaton chemo

3. Removal of the inserted plate surgery- 11/07/09

4. Regular follow up

5. Last biopsy is positive(24/04/2010)

further surgery not advised by the doctor

Hello dear. You can undergo another round of radiation and chemotherapy. After that only option left is chemotherapy. Hope you u understand.
