Suggest Treatment For Aggressive Behavior After Coming Off Risperdone

Hello, My stepson is on risperdone for bi polar like symptoms. He has tried to go off of it twice now unsucessfully. Yesterday while I was gone he was working with his dad in very hot weather here in the midwest. He vomited this morning and tonight got very angry and shoved me and the police were called. He has had two ablation procedures, the last being in 2007. Should he even be on resperdone? Thank you.
