Suggest Treatment For Alcohol Addiction

Hi Dr.

My brother is a alcohol edict. He has tried getting treated earlier on his own will in some good centers of Bangalore and it never worked. Now his behavior is also is very wild. Is there any hope that we can have in treating him again. Need to know cost of treatment and venue details for more details.

Hi Dear,
your brother needs indoor treatment as you told he is wild. first of all admit him
then started intravenous DNS saline with multivitamin containing thymine. then for withdrawal start benzodizepins according to pts blood reports particularly liver function test. if liver injury there started lorazepam or oxazepam . after withdrawal over start anti craving or aversive treatment like acamprosate or disulfiram...
