Suggest Treatment For Allergic Bug Bite

Good afternoon,m. I had 2 ticks on me the one on my back was removed as was the other one however, my back the area where I got bit is all red and it hurts I went to urgent care they didn t tell me much gave me a prescription for Doxycycline mono hydrate 100 MG caps can I put valsoline on it to help the itch and or cold compresses??

Hello

I'd suggest either Caladryl lotion or another benadryl-containing lotion along with oral Claritin or Zyrtec to relieve the itching.

A hot bath or shower will also help
