Hi my son is 3.5 yrs old and he is asthamatic, diagnosed with WALRI is recovering but still has cough, we are planing to visit home town which is a hill station and presently we are are staying in Noida. Is it safe to take him to shimla and can it worsen his health
Hello, Thanks for the query. It is difficult to say whether visit to Simla will cause any serious problem or precipitate a an attack of asthma in your child. In fact cold weather tends to aggravate such symptoms. But some times a healthier climate may be more beneficial and no aggravation may occur. My suggestion is to carny the prescribed medication in adequate quantity and use it earliest sign of wheezing. Thanks.
