Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rash Behind The Ear To Jawline

I am allergic to Penicillin (fever, itchy rash to my fingertip), and poison oak. I developed very itchy rash starting from behind my ear to jawline at first, and spread to elsewhere, which I thought was from poison oak last year. My doctor gave me antihistamine, hydrocortisone, and took a few weeks. This time, starting from the same spot, but spreading up to my face (nose, under eyes). I also have fungus toenail, and this past week, I had unusual amount of almond and almond milk, and cooked sprouted beans. Benadryl helps, but I feel it won't go away. Should I see allergist or dermatology?
