Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction Leading To Breathing Problems

I have an allergic type reaction - not able to swallow and breathing problems plus complete paralyis. Benedril eventually works. Is this some kind of stomboid poisioning? yesterdays was caused by inhaling cat food fumes that contained fish oil, others happen once in a while when I eat fish. I am highly allergic to crustations - but the allergist says this is nurological reation and the nurologist says it is an alergy. Please help me find out what type of Dr to follow up with.
