Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction To Parthenium Grass

Hello, good morning doctor, actually my question is for my mother, as she is suffering from allergy,reason unknown, This allergy occurs in summner days only . she thinks that the main reason for allergy is congress grass. so we want a consultation from a doctor who can cure this.

I went through your mother's history and would like t make following suggestions:

1. It is possible she may be allergic to congress grass (Parthenium).

2. I would suggest her to consult an Allergist-Immuologist who will suggest her appropriate allergy testing, including testing for allergy to Parthenium.

3. Based on the report, an Allergist may prescribe her allergen specific immunotherapy which works on immune system to gradually improve allergic symptoms.
