Suggest Treatment For Allergic Rhinitis And Pharyngitis

during brushing i observed something elevated from my tongue@ the anterior part of the dorsal surface of tongue.i try to feel it.but nothing found.it doesnt produce any problem.but i see it in mirror when i m brushing my tooth.recently i have suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis as well as dry mouth after wake up from bed. now i m fearing of cancer or premalignant condition. what are the alarming sign of carcinoma tongue? I visited my dentist.he found nothing abnormal.he said u r non smoker nd non alchoholic.so u have no chance of oral cancer. pls give me an advise??
