ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello, thanks for your query, allergic rhinitis not responsive with nasal sprays should be managed with oral steroids and tab. Montek-lc. ( montelukast+ citrizine) one tab at bed time. plz have an Ent consultation to rule out any allergic nasal polyp. do not consume curd, cold drinks, ice creams, do not expose to dust, all d best. take care.
