hi have alopecia areata and colitis with many polyps in the colon my alopemcia has gotten worse over the last six months they want to cut a piece of my colon where most of the polyps are ,and i am ok with that is there away i can treat the alopecia in the meantime ,or is the colitis preventing the alopecia from getting better
