Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areata

I am suffering from alopecia areta since last 6 months. I took kenacort injection 4 times at a interval of 21 days and also applied MEDFE 10 but no significant result i found.can HAIRZONE be useful for me and how long it would take to regrow normal hair?

itis androgenic problem . as such there is no treatment and it is self limiting.as mentioned there is no-treatment but many a time steroid preparation are used. they have got their side effect.tappering of steroid is requered.
